Dry Skin

Dry Skin

Cleansing?!?

Why is cleansing in the morning and at night important?

As we know cleansing removes the skin's epidermis (top layer) of dead cells, oil, pollution and perspiration. Not doing a daily cleanse can cause the skin to become dull and flaky.  The oil glands block up with cellular waste causing breakouts and congestion.

The best way to clean your skin is in the morning and night before bedtime.
Take 30 seconds for each cleanse using circular movements, starting in the center, then up, outwards, down and back to center.  Rinse off with warm or lukewarm water, do not use hot water, It will cause your skin to dry out even more.

Make sure to moisturize your skin with SPF, very important.

Below are 3 recipes that I chose to share.  Note that Avocado (rich in vitamin E) and honey (a great source of antioxidant) are the main ingredients you should focus on, however only do the mask twice a week.
