Treating Oily Skin

Skin is the first thing that's exposed, obviously.  So why not learn how to take care of it the proper way.  Everyone has different types of skin, oily, dry normal and others with acne, eczema and psoriasis.  Skin type like acne other diseases and oily skin, should avoid every advertisement that's out there trying to sell you their products.  Look closely at the ingredients and know that some of those ingredients are actually harming your skin instead of making it better.

We also need understand that our skin condition is based on the way we eat, its a like a cycle, what we put in our bodies is what comes out through our pores.

Those with Oily Skin need to follow some routines to be able to feel comfortable and confident within yourself.
Homemade treatments are always a good start specially living within a budget.

There are three recipes that will benefit and can be use two and three times a week.

Oatmeal mixed with water
Scrub to face and let it sit for 5 minutes

Honey (bacteria fighter) and crushed almonds
Scrub then rinse with warm water

Lemon with Sea Salt
This is a popular use and its very refreshing, feels like the regular pharmacy scrub, but this is more beneficial and its packed with Vitamin C, it also opens up the pores, improves circulation in the skin and hydrates the tissues so that your skin can heal.

Try it and let me know if you see or feel a difference.

This is no intent to heal any disease,  I am sharing information based on experience and results.
